Shipping policy

At Proper Design, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and keep you fully informed at every stage.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard UK Delivery:
    Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Express UK Delivery (if selected at checkout):
    Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • International delivery times typically range from 5–12 working days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Proper Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is missing items

  • Has not arrived within the expected timeframe

Please contact us at info@properdesign.uk within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Proper Design cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge for re-shipping.
